We accept returns within 07 working days. Before returning the, any product customer will have to email us on email@example.com. After receiving return request we will arrange to pick up if return picks up service is not available at the pin code, the customer has to send it back to us via any courier. We won’t reimburse any amount for that. For Overseas Customers, return charges will only be paid by the customers only.
We accept returns only in the following scenario :
Do not accept the product if the outer packing is damaged or tampered and contact us immediately. If the customer receives, Fashionaex.com will not liable for any losses and returns.
Stitched products and custom made products are not accepted as a return in any case until it is found in a damaged condition. Also, Fashionaex.com is not liable if the stitched outfits are not fit to the customers.
Request customers to retain all the packaging materials and product tags while returning the product.
We will not issue a refund if we do not receive the product tags and if the product has been used.
Do not return the product before receiving the confirmation mail from Fashionaex.com. We are not liable/guarantee any credit or replacement of the product if merchandise is returned without confirmation mail from us.
Kindly mark the package as “DEFECTIVE RETURNS” while returning the defective product
All legal cases will be treated in Surat Jurisdiction court only.
